    Legal title to the delivered goods shall remain in the Company until payment in full for the goods has been received by the Company.

    respect of which title remains vested in the Company.
    Until payment in full for delivered goods is received the customer shall be responsible for indemnifying the Company for all forms of loss and damage of any nature whatsoever in respect to those goods.

    Proper law of all contracts arising between The Company and customer shall be proper law of the State of
    Western Australia and parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

    All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
